Cannot Log In To Xfinity App

I have a Samsung Galaxy phone.  I opened Xfinity app and it asked me to update the app which I did.  After update it asked for update again when opening the app.  OK, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Now it's telling me the log in ID is incorrect, I had tried both email and username without success.  BTW, my login worked in computer browser.  I also did clear cache, clear data, restart app, NO LUCK.  This app, IMO, is the suckiest (is this a word?) app I ever tried to use.  If anyone have any luck unlocking this app please share.  Thank You
