Cannot download Xfinity App
Good evening. I live in the USA. My zip code is 23238. I tried to update the Xfinity App on my Android 11 device. But it told my that the version of the app installed was no longer supported. I uninstalled the Xfinity app and tried to download it from the Google Play store. But I was told that this item is not available in your country. I tried texting "Affinity App" to the mobile number 266278. It gave me a link to the same app that showed the same error. I even tried looking for Xfinity Home App or Xfinity Stream App. I got the same issue.
Can you please text me a link to the Xfinity App I can download and install on my Android 11 device? Thanks.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
