Cannot clear shopping cart

I called support to find out why my bill was astronomical and clear the shopping cart of very expensive items. I didn’t put the items in the cart. I’ve tried clearing cache, restarting the app-all the recommended things nothing works. It seems like such a simple

thing! Why is it so hard to do this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
