Can not download xfinity app

I get an error mentioned when I try to download xfinity app. Saying this app is not available in your country.

user_rw6p0t The Xfinity app is only available in the United States because we don't offer services in other countries.

I am in US itself. 

Here is the solution:

First thing first it is not a xfinity issue but google plastered issue. If anyone have google account from other country then google default country needs to get changed to USA. 

If you have linked family to this account then that must be deleted to be able to change country to US. 

After this google playstore let's you download the xfinity app. And then it's a child's play.
