Camera not loading in Xfinity app
My camera won’t load in the Xfinity app or on my TV. The TV’s error message is “The request can’t be processed.” It loads in the Home app and on the Touchscreen. I have rebooted the camera in the Home app and unplugged the camera but it still won’t load in the Xfinity app or on my TV.

The camera is once again not loading. I suppose it’s going to be an on and off issue.
