Hello @user_7d2aae. You've come to the right place, we would love to help with any troubles you may be having.

You have a few options for managing the devices connected to your wifi depending on if you are using a personal or leased gateway.

If you are leasing a gateway, you can use the xFi app to manage individual devices. This guide will tell you more about pausing/unpausing devices and will walk you through the steps: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/personalize-customize-hnetwork-xfi

On the other hand, if you are using a personal gateway, you may need to change your network password so you can re-connect only the devices you wish to have access.

I hope this helps, but if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Instead of "pausing" a device, is there a way to completely remove the device, to prevent it from ever connecting to my wifi network?  I have a router leased from Xfiniti.

Hi, @user_d87039! We appreciate you reaching out in regard to blocking a device from your home WiFi network. The best way to have control of that device is to keep it paused. If you prefer not to see it, you can unpause and forget the device. If you don't want it to ever connect, the best thing to do is change the password for your home WiFi network. Here is a link: https://comca.st/3xwY7zu with more information and step-by-step instructions on how to do this. Please let me know if you have any questions.
