Attach Xfinity app to iMac (Sequoia 15.5) launchpad

e-glass Good afternoon! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums for assistance with your question. I was able to do a little bit of Google research, I was able to find this. Please let us know if this works for you. 

 

 

Adding Apps from the App Store (this should work for the Xfinty stream app):

Open the App Store application.
Browse or search for the app you want to download.
Click the "Get" button (or the price if the app is paid).
Install the app.
The app will automatically appear in Launchpad

 

This may work for creating a shortcut of Xfinity webmail:

 

Adding Apps from Other Locations (Manually):
Locate the app's icon in Finder (the file icon with the app's name). 
Drag the icon to the Applications folder in Finder. 
Alternatively, drag the app's icon to the Launchpad icon in the Dock. The app will now appear in Launchpad.

 

 

For more information about adding to launch pad, since it's not a Xfinity product, you may need to reach out to Apple support to see how customizable launchpad is.
