Assistance application not working properly

I've been trying to get the activity assistance app to work properly for the past 2 months it loads up goes to a white or purple screen with no text or anything else on it and it will not go anywhere else. Please fix this it's been well over 4 months and everyone's complaining about this I've understory application multiple times and nothing appears to be fixing it it seems to be a problem on your ends

Hi, @user_514167. I hope you are doing well. I see you are running into some issues, and I'll be glad to help. To confirm, are you only running into this with the Xfinity App? Are you still able to access your My Account information by logging into through our website, or do you have problems there as well? Have you attempted to uninstall and then install the application again as a test?
