Good afternoon user_4sdeq1. I can certainly understand the frustration if the app is not working. I would be happy to assist. I do have a couple questions to help me assist better. Have you attempted to log out of the app, and then log back in? If so, I would next recommend if you haven't already, delete the app and then re-install it on your device, when it does act up, that will usually resolve any issues.
