Application Lock and Netflix App

I have Netflix app unlocked so it doesn’t need a parental PIN.  But it always ask for PIN anyways!!!!!!  What is the fix here?  Driving me crazy as Netflix has Parental controls in its own app so kids don’t need to ask me every time they want to get into Netflix.

Has this been solved? This is happening to me as well. We have a newer box and an older Xfinity box. On the older one it will not require a PIN to access Netflix. But on the newer one it does. Disabling Parental Controls fixes it but as soon as you re-enable Parental Controls (but with the Application Lock for Netflix unlocked) it will require a PIN again to access Netflix. From what I can tell, the Xfinity box thinks that because Netflix will offer content that is R/NC-17/TV-MA then it will require the parental PIN.

Does Xfinity have a fix for this?

That is a very good question, and to make sure other people see the answer, are you able to make a new post for this? It's a bit old and we want to make sure that every one will get a chance to see it. You can feel free to send me a DM as soon as you do by following these directions:

To send a direct message you may need to:
