App won't let me sign in

I've tried making a post about this before but it got wiped when I tried picking a tag for it. Now I'm very upset. I've tried reinstalling the Xfinity app as well as restarting my device but no matter how much I try to sign in to the app it will NOT let me. I get softlocked in the sign in page and it will not let me use my own browser to sign in instead of chrome, therefore making it impossible to see my data usage which I NEED to monitor. Please update your app to fix this!!!

We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the App. If you have not already done so, can you please try resetting your Xfinity password by going to (xfinity.com/password) and then see if you are still having issues getting logged in. If you are, please let us know.
