APP UPDATE NO Longer able to Monitor Devices wont load
Ever since the App Updated I am no Longer able to view Assigned Devices it wont load on my screen and keeps kicking me back to the main page this has been frustrating because I had my children set on a schedule which I no longer have access to since the [Edited: "Language"] thing updated I have gone through ALL the Troubleshoots and procedures provided by your website and have had nothing resolved. I cant reach Customer service via Phone and your Chat assistant is useless in this situation. Do I need a new Modem??? This is a HUGE issue and it needs to be resolved. Please help

I am sorry to hear about this issue. I know I would be concern not being able to control the schedule on my kids devices. Have you tried to reboot your modem? @user_ffsr97
