App says xFI gateway offline

Installed new xFI modem today, Internet and wifi is working but app reports xFI gateway offline.

I'm glad you're able to enjoy your new Xfinity internet services. In regards to the app, have you confirmed it is the most up to date version of the app? You may need to force close and re-open the app as well, this resolves most app related issues.

same here, uninstalled and installed app on multiple devices, talked to comcast support multiple times, same issue
