App says connected - device says paused - no access on my home network - HELP!
When looking in the app the device shows connected - but the actual device says paused. Logging into the gateway the device shows connected as well. Device connects to other networks fine, but as soon as I connect to the Xfinity network - paused. I've done just about everything I can think of - forget the network on the device, remove the device from the app, re-add everything, power cycle the gateway. Looking over the forums it seems like this is a common issue but none of the fixes seem to be working in this case. What am I missing here?

Update - after leaving this overnight - tried again this morning, pausing and then resuming in the app and the device was finally able to connect.... no idea what did it. Fingers crossed it works going forward....
