App Not Working “Something went wrong”

I recently upgraded my Internet plan from 500 Mbps to 1 Gig, and ever since then my Xfinity app will not load, it only shows an error screen saying “Something went wrong. There’s been an unexpected error, please try again.”I have already: Uninstalled/reinstalled the app•Restarted my phone and modem•Confirmed my login credentials and Xfinity ID online•Tried both the Xfinity and Xfinity xFi appsThis issue appears to be an account provisioning problem tied to my upgrade. Could you please perform a back-end account refresh / reprovisioning of my account and app link to the new plan so the app will recognize my 1 Gig service and let me back into the app.

Hi there, user_rqkp1o! Thank you for reaching out about being able to access the Xfinity app since your plan upgrade. You are at the right spot to get that working again. I find either the provisioning signal or we have a 1 hour signal sent to the Xfinity app. Between those 2 one of them usually resolves this problem.
