App not showing tabs

App not showing all tabs. It only shows the OVERVIEW tab and the ACCOUNT tab.

Good day user_pslaq8 👋 I appreciate you being an active member of our community with your post, and you're in the right place for the best help! I've had that exact same thing happen to me before on my Xfinity app, and when I was going through it, I found it was because I'd somehow signed into a secondary profile that limited my access. Have you by chance been able to sign out and sign back in using your normal primary Xfinity login information?
