App not desplaying gateway or any other information on my xfinity plan.

I recently moved, though I doubt that has anything to do with the issue I am having, as the app was working fine a couple weeks ago.

Basically sum it as;

I open my app today and all I can see is profile in the top left, assistant in the top right and a single sliver at the top of what should be a scrolling menu asking me to "Join Xfinity Rewards for free"

Internet is running at speed

I am on the computer right now typing this

Gateway is on

No devices are having connection issues

10.0.0.1 is working

The app is up to date
The gateway has been restarted several times
The phone has be restarted
The app has been reinstalled on said phone twice
The app was installed on a different device
All result in the app just being a white screen asking you to sign up for rewards.

I don't want rewards I want to use the app since I can't use the website apparently.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (top right corner)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it.
