App. Issues
Its says my phone is not compatible with the new updates. Can't you guys make a patch for older phones? We still use the service , we still pay for the service. You need to have a app so older phones are still able to get into app to control parental portion and things like that in the app. Is there another way to get into this area without the app to pause devices?

We can understand your frustration! However, if your phone no longer meets the minimum operating system requirements for the latest version of the Xfinity app, it may not be able to install future app updates. We know that's especially frustrating when you're still using and paying for the service. Family Settings and other parental control features are designed to work through the Xfinity app experience. Unfortunately, we can't create custom patches for every older phone model. You may also want to try signing in through the Xfinity website to see what account and WiFi management options are available, although some newer features are only app-based.
Something to consider, if your current phone is no longer compatible it may be worth exploring a device upgrade. With Xfinity Mobile, there are often promotions available on newer devices that support the latest app features, security updates, and parental controls. A newer device can help ensure you continue to have full access to the Xfinity app and all of its functionality while also providing improved performance and security.
