App issue

Your app locks up frequently, or has an incorrect router/gateway status. Manual reset is more effective than using the app. Frequently the app services tab states router/gateway off-line. when you go to the wifi tab, it states on-line. Following viewing the wifi tab, if you go back to services, it states gateway on-line. The app is literally a waste of time. The troubleshooting is minimal at best. Please fix this app. You know when you are having an app problem when the purple xfinity screen displays and the app doesnt load. The only way to manually fix the problem is to clear cache, force stop and open the app.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the app, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance. Has this been an ongoing issue, or did these issues just start happening recently?

The problem has been since the original download. Cannot rely on the app whatsoever. It dud it again this morning. By default its offline, once you select the wifi tab, and go back to service, its states back on line

I have spent litterally hours troubleshooting for no reason. Today the main tab/app would not load.

You can also mange your account remotely through the Xfinity.com website after logging in with your Xfinity ID.
