app does not show connected devices

No matter where I go, what questions I ask the Bot Chat, I cannot manage devices currently connected to my internet. Aka-parental controls for internet usage and scheduling down time. Please help!  The app chat shows tab to click to manage devices but you cannot select it to take you there

This and the tabs do not show on my app as this picture shows from online.

Good evening @XfinityTroubles, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums regarding your app issues, we appreciate you providing the screenshots as well. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? May I also ask if you are logged in as the primary account holder?
