App devices list

App is not showing all devices that are connected. Months of customer service calls and tech appointments and still not working

When the Xfinity app is not showing all connected devices, first, we recommend ensuring you are connected to your home network and not a public WiFi or cellular service. Then refresh the app after connecting. If devices still do not appear, check the default device names in the settings. Closing and relaunching the app may help. If issues persist, we will get this over to our  Advanced Repair team.
