Antivirus blocking and important file

I have been downloading files from the same webpage for about two years whitout any problem, even when google alarmed but I could download them anyway without virus because they were a false-positive. Now, I can even download the file because the system is blocking it without asking me first. 

i just desable the new xFi protection but still the problem persist. This file is very important to my, could somebody help my.
