Advanced security

The advanced security option in the app won’t turn on, but continues to block my remote client app from connecting to my computer. Every time I turn on the feature it loads and then goes right back to the same screen.

@user_079301, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. We would be happy to troubleshoot with you if you are still having issues with the app. A good place to start is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
