Advance security on the go

I need help I am unable to turn on advance security on the go. I have advance security on for my home WiFi. I tried all the steps in the article including going into the advance security tile but it does not show an option to turn on the go for my phone. I have tried to turn it on when I’m at home and when I’m away from home. I used to have it on before I switched accounts which was last week. I have the latest iOS version and the latest xfinity app. I tried to talk to customer service and got no where with that.

It looks like something that is not mentioned is that our Advanced Security On The Go requires you to be subscribed to Xfinity Mobile Plus and xFi Complete, which covers your modem rental and unlimited data. Which is a little odd because xFi Complete isn't something we offer anymore; it's included in our newer promotions at no additional cost.
