Activity Settings No Longer Working

Hi, Downtime and Activity Setting's are no longer shutting my children's time down after they've exceeded their allotted time for the day. It will show no time on the same day, but will show the amount of time they spent the day after (showing historical data). This was a very helpful tool to restrict screen time.

No, it's on the Xfinity app > Wifi > Manage people > their profiles I have set up on the app. I am trying to limit screen time via the app, however, the app does not shut their devices down after the time I have specified. Thanks!

Parental controls are set up through the admin tools (the 10.0.0.0.1). BUT the Parental Controls are still not blocking YOUTUBE and other sites I don’t want my kids on when they are to be doing homework. I can not get this Parental Controls that Xfinity has to work.  I have the Parental Controls set up correctly as I have watched and read so many articles on how to do this…. They still are not blocking out the times I want my kids to be doing something else.  HELP…!!!!!!!
