Active time limits stopped working?

On the app, all profiles stopped showing any accumulated active time all of the sudden, so the set active time limit stopped working too. Yet I still get text notifications that my kids profiles still exceeded active time limits! Strange. I think it’s a bug since Active Time Details were rolled out. Active time doesn’t accumulate with details on or off though.
