Active time details.. not reporting…

It’s worked perfectly fine for two years, now the last two weeks it stopped working.. why..? How do I get it turned back on.?

Hello @user_2a14fe, thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums. Our Managing People With Xfinity xFi is a really helpful article for setting up active time details.

 

After assigning devices to users in the Xfinity application, you will want to make sure the person settings have active time details activated. 

 

For troubleshooting purposes could you please:

  • Go to the "People" page in the Xfinity application.
  • Click on the username you want active time details 
  • Click on the gear in the top right of the username's page
  • Click on "Turn On Active Time Details" or "Active Time Details" under "Activity Settings" on this page.\
  • On this page, there should be an option to "Turn On" or "Turn Off" the setting towards the bottom right of the page.
  • If the setting is not turned on, there will be an "I agree to use this feature..." box that needs to be checked before the setting can be turned on.
