xfinity app won’t let me sign in gives me “sorry that didn’t go as planned message””

Hi there, user_idb8yj! Thanks for letting us know the Xfinity app will not let you sign in. Our engineers got involved with this issue and have since resolved it. Are you able to sign in now?
