activate xfi pods

I purchased two xfi pods from Xfinity and I'm unable to get them activated.

The directions instruct me to activate through the app. When I go to the "Activate Pro WiFi Extender" page, I receive the following message "Sorry, we are having trouble".

I have contacted support multiple times and have been told that an escalation ticket will be created and someone will contact me. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

During calls, support has said that they will be able to activate them for me, but by the end of the call, they are unable to.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you are running into some trouble, and I'll be glad to help review this further. We have seen some run into hiccups recently, which was resolved by a reboot of the gateway due to a firmware update. Can you tell more about any troubleshooting you've tried so far?

@XfinityVianney Hi, I have restarted the gateway, I have reinstalled the app, I have spoken with and chatted with two different agents. I'm still getting the "Sorry, we are having trouble" message. I don't understand why the agents can't activate the pods. I was also told that escalation tickets would be created, but yet no one has follow up with me.

@chadillac78 We can help with that! Let's take a look at the tickets and where they are in the progress as well. May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and the service address?
