You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service. Why won't it go pass the screen? Was so excited for internet for my birthday and it won't work!!😔😔

@user_ed48da Thank you so much for your post for help with this error message you are getting when signing in to your Xfinity ID. This would be a message that most commonly would be received if you were logging into an Xfinity ID that was attached to an account that was not active or no longer active. If you are still having issues with logging in or setting up your services please let me know I definitely want to help make sure you get your account and services set up sooner rather than later! And Happy belated Birthday!
