"Access not Authorized" when signing in as Primary User
Hi,
I'm trying to set up my home internet, but when I log in to the Xfinity app I get an "Access not Authorized: You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service" message. This is despite signing in as the primary user / owner of my account. I cleared the cache of my browser and the app, but it did not fix the issue. What do I do?
