A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').

I am trying to enter to my benefits/perks through the laptop and app and neither of them work as it is showing this issue.

I've been having this issue for over a week now. To add insult, @XfinityBrianH why do you keep spouting the same instruction to send a direct message that don't work? I have no "Direct Message" button in the top right of my page and per your instruction to visit the guidelines page my option in my settings to "Opt Out from Direct Messaging" was and is already unchecked.

Having the same issue for the last 3 weeks.  The backdoor trick is also not working.

Tried uninstalling the app, deleted cache on the phone, tried four different browsers, even in private mode, tried my desktop - all the same- "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."

I also started getting the, "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."

I noticed yesterday when I tried to redeem benefits.

What I do know is that it's a problem on the Xfinity server side (API), not on the customer end.

It's been over a week now and they haven't fixed it, so I don't think they've admitted that it's actually the API or anything else. At this point, they're just ignoring us

Good afternoon user_wm04hp. I will be happy to look into this for you.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
