3rd party apps horribly slow

So slow on x1 boxes. What gives?  Fine with Roku. So frustrated I’m about to cancel service.

Let's take a closer look together at what might be causing the problem. First, have you attempted any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you done? What type of cable box do you have (X1 wired, wireless cable box, Flex box)?
