2converts are not deleting or repairing.

Unable to delete or repair. Even purchased a new one to pair up and that did t even work. Need help with these items.

Can the lock be located by the touchscreen? If the Lock can't be located by the touchscreen (Xfinity Home) or the Hub (Xfinity Home - Automation), it may need to be reset. Be aware that resetting the lock will delete all codes.

  1. Remove the battery pack.
  2. Press and hold the or Program button while reinserting the battery pack. Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the Lock beeps and the status LED flashes red.
    • See the Installation and Programming Guides section for button locations for your Lock model.
  3. Press the button once more. When the LED flashes green and you hear one beep, the Lock has been reset.

Let us know if that works and report any device error messages that pop up.
