2 modems and wrong one showing in the app.
Hello I have an XB8 and an XB6 in the house. I use to have an XB7 but upgraded to the XB8. Once I did that the XB6 started showing in the app but I need the XB8 to show in the app. I know there is only supposed to be one modem in the house buy mysetup requires two. All I need is the right modem to show up in the app which should be the XB8.

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you're having with viewing the correct modem in the Xfinity App, and would love to see what we can do to help! As you mentioned, we typically allow one modem at a time, but it sounds necessary for you to have both. So, let's see what can be done to get the XB8 showing! May I ask what troubleshooting you've attempted so far (i.e. force-closing the app and restarting it, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting the modem(s), etc.)?
