why am i 90 plus minutes to order these with no success or help....internet won't let me order them, online chat was long and not helpful.  can someone take a second of initiative and get this done?  why is it hard to try and give you people MORE MONEY ?!??!

Hello. My apologies you experienced issues ordering your Xfinity xFi pods. Are you still in need of assistance with this? If you still need to order the pods, please visit : https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/xfi-pod-3pack and see if you are still experencing an issue ordering the pods.

After holding for 40 minutes, spoke with Xfinity rep and was told that they do not place orders; must order online (which errors and to contact rep) or go/contact local store.  Wish Xfinity would mention on website.
