How can I get help to connect the new TV box to our TV/system? The main concern is to connect the coax cable to the cable wall outlet. (It was connected before I returned the old TV box w/ its coax cable and got the new box and coax cables earlier this afternoon.) Thanks in advance for any help you may provide. user_5j2y4d Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. For clarity, are you having trouble activating the new TV box after connecting the power and coax cable? You should be able to activate the new box from the Xfinity app/website once the coax is connected to the box and outlet, and power supply have been plugged in.
