right of way

My wife and I recently bought property at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Across the back of the lot there is a 5' utility easement. There is an old power pole located outside the easement in the back yard that has Comcast's cables (that serve adjoining houses). A technician came out and I explained the situation to him asking him about having the lines or the pole moved to the easement. I was told he would have engineering contact me. It has now been over a week and I have heard nothing. Entergy also had a pole near this one and moved their pole to the easement. How can I talk to someone to try and get this pole and guy wire moved to the easement? It appears my only option maybe to take down the pole myself and let the people being served call comcast in regard to a downed line.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
