New Cable Box
I’m trying to activate a new cable box. I’m stuck on this question, Do you want to keep using Voice Guidance? I click No, a few seconds later it asks me again. I click Yes, a few seconds later it asks me again. How do I get past this?! It’s driving me bananas! I scheduled a tech appointment but wasn’t able to schedule 1 until next week! 7 days without cable in my TV room!? Why am I paying over $300 a month for this!?!
