I returned a cable box in October 2023

I returned a cable box in October 2023 and have proof email that it was received. They never took it off my bill. For almost 2 years i have asked for removal, they remove it and then it comes right back on. I am not going tp pay for something I do not have. How do I get this fixed after 2 years? I have spoken on the phone about this and had numerous chats. Every time I am promised it is removed from the bill but it always eventually comes back!
