Billing

I have had NO luck with getting a reasonably priced plan. I have called and they offer nothing! $5-$15 off at most. That's insane! We just moved our commercial account because they failed to put THREE signed contracts in place, and now it looks like it will be my personal account that gets the axe next. Has anyone had any luck actually getting a good contract as a CURRENT customer? 

I have looked at other replies and can't find a way to send messages to anyone. And, I am tired of sitting on the phone for hours on end. Thank you so much!!!

Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
