Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account

I am trying to activate the Peacock Premium benefit included with my NOW StreamSaver plan. My Xfinity account shows Peacock Premium as “Activation required,” but when I select Activate, Peacock says, “Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.”

I do not know which Peacock account is currently linked to my Xfinity account, and Peacock’s Account Finder cannot locate it.

Please help remove or reset the existing Peacock account linkage so I can activate Peacock Premium with my current account.
