"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."
I'm having trouble activating the Peacock subscription included with my Xfinity home internet. I previously had Xfinity internet with included Peacock from August 2024 to June 2025. I just restarted Xfinity internet at a new address in July 2025. Now, when I try to activate Peacock, it says "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account." When I try to unlink my old Xfinity account (from my old address) from my online account, I get stuck on verifying my mobile number - I never actually receive the code to my phone number.

Hello @pzli.cdjones, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your Peacock subscription. I can understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're trying to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. When you reach the identity verification step, are you given any alternative options to receive the code, such as an email address on file or a push notification in the Xfinity app?
