Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.
I recently got a new service. Peacock access was included as part of my internet subscription. However, when I try to activate Peacock I receive the error "
Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It".
These are the steps:
- Login to xfinity.com
- Navigate to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions
- Select "Activate" next to Peacock (where the status is "Activation Required")
- Enter the email address associated with my Peacock account
- This is the same account I was using prior to activating. No current subscription.
- Enter my password on the following page
- Review the error "

I have tried contacting Peacock customer service and they referred me back to Xfinity. Please assist.

@user_fp8kj5 I am sorry to hear you are getting this error. Have you had Peacock Premium previously using that same email?
