You can't make this change right now. We need to verify your contact information.....

When I log in to my Xfinity account online, it asks me to add a personal email to secure my account.  When I try to add another email address, it says "You can't make this change right now.  We need to verify you contact information to keep your account secure.  Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already." and it has a link to "Go to contact information."  My cel phone # is there but the "personal email" is blank, so try to add it and I get the same message above.  --- If I try to make any changes to anything, it says the same thing, with a link to "Go to contact information" but I can't find ay way to add or verify my contact information.  What do I do?

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies history from the web-browser and then try updating your information afterward? Let us know if you are still seeing a blank space where you are trying to enter your email address.

I have tried 2 different Mac computers, the browser on my iPhone and the Xfinity app on my iPhone and I get the same problem on every device.

I have reason to believe someone has gotten access to my Comcast account, so this is critical. I have got to change my password and add 2 factor, but it won't let me.
