Hi @user_9ugcev! Thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum! We understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to get your Xumo Stream Box connected, and we appreciate you giving it a try.
If you've decided you'd rather cancel the Xumo Stream Box, you can visit https://www.xfinity.com/returns to view the equipment associated with your account, select your Xumo Stream Box, and choose a return option.
Please note that canceling your Xumo Stream Box will not affect your Xfinity Internet service. Also, you generally do not need to return the box unless you'd like a refund of the $15 activation fee, which is available only if the device is returned within 30 days.
