Hello user_sehdal thanks so much for reaching out about this XRE-00002 error message you're receiving! Is this occurring on all boxes, or just a specific one? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken? Most cable box error codes of this nature can be resolved by performing a system refresh on the main cable box in the home(usually the big one)
