XPE services

I'm trying to log into my XPE account (Universal Orlando employee), and I put in my login credentials, and the site immediately says "Thank you for logging out." I promise, I wasn't trying to log out! :)

I'm just trying to log in and get my employee discounts applied to my account. How do I go about doing this?

This is the website that I cannot log into. I type in my credentials, and the site immediately logs me out.

Ok, thank you for letting us know that you are getting immediately logged out @user_27og63. Have you tried clearing cache or cookies or tried using an alternate web browser?

I have used Brave, Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. They all immediately log me out when I hit the sign in button.

I also cleared my cookies and cache and tried to log in again. It verifies me through my authenticator and then goes to the logout successful page.
