XOE.DE.500.3.1 Error
I keep getting this error. I’m trying to add voice and mobile and I get all the way to the end and get this error. I have tried on my iPad, pc, and work computer and get the same result. Any ideas.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign in" if necessary
-Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line
-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
-Press Enter to send it
