Xfinity won't let me buy wifi or even create accounts

I am a college student, I created an xfinity account and ID using my personal email and phone number, and I was going to buy a Wifi plan, but I didn't instantly buy it. Then I go to buy it the next day, go through all the steps, as I check out it asks for me to login obviously, then I log into my account, 'We do not have access to these records' Tried to login in 1000 different ways multiple time changing password etc wouldn't work even cause they say they don't have access to my records blah blah. Then I tried to create a new account after trying to reset my password and recreate an account with the same information, tried everything, keep getting spammed with 'we do not have access to these records' Then I tried to make an account using everything new, my school email and one of my parents phone number that is not in use yet with an account, I did everything and put in card information to buy the plan, xfinity said they would reach out to let me know. Have not been reached out to yet and have not been even able to login into this xfinity account. This is an absolute joke and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves it is actually just pathetic it is 2023 figure it out please.
